一、 岗位职责
Job Responsibilities
• 负责新品开发从打样到确认的全流程跟进，制定详细的开发进度计划（含打样、改样、确认等关键节点）;
• Responsible for following up the entire process of new product development from sampling to final confirmation, and formulating detailed development schedules (including key milestones such as sampling, sample revision, and confirmation)
• 实时跟踪板房打样进度、物料采购进度及工艺调试情况，及时发现差协商解决开发过程中的延误问题（如物料短缺、工艺不符等），确保样品按客户要求准时交付。
